I had given my mobile at totoodo for my XPERIA Z charging issue repair. They repaired it and returned it same day. But after coming home I found that my front camera is not working also they didn’t fix the back panel properly. Very next day I visited the shop and I complained about the same. they told OK its our mistake we will fix it for free.
But till date the issues is not resolved . I am struggling from past one and half month. Form Oct 24 2015 till date Daily I visit the shop, Every week new people will be there. Recently I started directly interacting with head Office manager even he is the same as other guys .all are irresponsible people.
Every time they will tell you that they will call you. but even a single day they didn’t call me.
Simply they will their system is not working. The spare parts should come from Chennai . and to reach Bangalore it takes more than week.
I dunno how these people got ISO certified. Shame on ISO which gives certificates to such company where they don’t even follow any standards or process.
