Quality of service:Bad
Reason- The back plate has been replaced but there is a gap between the apple logo and the plate. When I re-approached the service center(HSR Layout), I was asked to keep~1Kg weight on the back plate so that the gap gets closed. It is ridiculous and I get a suspicion wrt the genuinity of the replaced part.
Pricing:very very high
Reason: I was charged 7000 INR for the D-plate repalcement quoting that the new one is an OEM authorized. Even though I got it done in person, I cannot get the confirmation that it is a genuine spare part. The same D-plate is available online for a mere 2000-3500 INR from trusted e-commerce sites.
Response of the technician:Irresponsible
Reason: The techincian seems to have no courtesy to respond properly once the payment is done.
Overall experience with TOTOODO:Miserable
Reason: I have written probably 4-5 emails to the totoodo team but I got response for none. They give zero value to customer satisfaction
