In R T nagar branch, I given my iphone 6 display problem, they told me that have to change new display I said ok, for that they have taken 2 days and " replaced duplicate display instead of new ".
I found that, touch screen not working properly, again I raised the complaint they changed the display, even though issue is not resolved.
when ever I am getting the calls I found screen in blank. I am called more than 10 times in a week but they are not responsive.Any way at last finally they took my mobile and tried to resolve the issue, but couldn’t done during warranty bill period.That means they are purposely delaying in order to not to replace right display.
A worst part is just dragging time till 26th december i.e. my warranty bill ending time.
The guy who was attending queries in iphone authorised service centre was really horsh behaving as if he is repairing from his own pocket(i remember his name jeedu).
We lost trust on iphone( Totoodo Smart Phone Services) .Also lost money and time.
