Well...I just got a touchtel broadband a month ago...hmmm they gave me a free(perhaps not) phone connection as well...just when I thought that everythings movin fine, I read some reviews on mouthshut; people just swearing at bharti for all problems in their lives...I was particularly worried about the customer care...
To begin with, the installation..Yes the guy who had come to us claimed that everything would be set and done in two days..And it took one whole week to get it done...Anyways, I dont blame these guys yaar.It was just some problem with our appartment guys allowing them to layout a new line..Well I was fooled in one aspect... The guy said 10 hours free connection during the day and I didnt realise that he meant it for a month.
And coming back to the customer care problem, i just realised how good they were yesterday.Our phone had been inadvertently given a intercom facility which we did not want..The phone started making a different dial tone, and STD calls couldnt be made...I just made a call to the customer care. He at first gave me the new set of procedures to follow when Im on an intercom..he said he would be back in a few minutes with my intercom no.
Meanwhile I checked out with STD..It worked!Then the guy called and when I said I didnt want the intercom anyway, he straight away forwarded the complaint and in less than 24 hours, the phone was working just like how I wished it to..
Hmmm, about the net speed, I would say thats probably ok..not lightning fast but ok nevertheless...
So guys, what I would recommend is if next time a touchtel guy knocks your door... You Should Give A Try
