Callous attitude but much better now

There access speeds are excellent but their customer service is extremely poor and callous. Here are a few of the things I experienced:-




  1. Reset all the user ID in our city to their default password without informing anybody and for no reason.




  2. Several times the service was down and I was made to re-install my modem driver (saying it was corrupted) when the problem always turned out to be problem at their side (exchange).




  3. During the 15 day trial period, I had specified to the sales person that if I am not moved to home 128 I do not want to continue. They accepted that. Now after calling up their customer support I find that I needed to send a letter. I am supposed to magically know that.






Finally when I called them ’’idiots’’ which they are, I was asked to mantain my profanity. I am not sure ’’idiot’’ qualifies as a profane/slang word. Maybe they need a dictionary. :)


Good things:-


Even though the customer support people are idiots and did not solve a single problem in over 15 calls, their bosses always called up to apologize for the problem being on their side. But it is pretty useless after you have lost money or have not been able attend to an emergency at office via VPN.


Now I have changed my opinion and there service seems to have improved beyond my expectations. Their customer care is more effective and so is their internet service. I consistently get excellent Speed. I recommend this service to everybody
