I bought a qualis GS way back in sep 2001. Mine was a 10seater car with single blower and I paid 75000 rupees for the X-traordinary SILVER colour!!!! Toyota is here today only because of its quality and performance. The closest rival of the qualis is the safari and the sumo but as we all know qualis sold outright...thanks to its performance and quality.
Well after I bought my qualis I got it fitted with a pioneer system and had put up 12’’ speakers behind and 6’’ speakers in the front and this sounded like I had a sub-woofer in it...thanks to its interior space!
I have been to bangalore plenty of times in it and have touched 140kmph with ease.
Though the qualis returns me only 11kmpl on the highway it is worth every km. Its solid build and feel never lets u down especially on the highways.
Servicing the car dosen’t cost much except the 40000kms service which costed me 9000 rupees approx for a complete service. Its always advisable to get it serviced at the TOYOTA dealership.
So if you are looking out for a big car hope you know what to buy!
