I tested Liva Petrol last Sunday. The external look is very good. I drove the car about 8 KMs and observed
Pros:
Enough space for the rear passengers
Steering is quite sturdy but easy to handle.- You feel safe( contrary to i20)
Smooth ride- Reasonably food shocker even in the rain battered Chennai road
Centrally mounted gauges - Easy to read
Adequate boot space
Cons
High level road noise inside cabin
Indicators in the lower side of the gauges are difficult to read
Very poor fabric on the seats
Plastics and AC controls are very poor - reminded me of my 15 year old Maruti.
Wires visible under the body(near the wheels)
Overall impression:
Toyota performance with Maruti looks. If you care only for peformance you can as well buy Maruti at much lesser price.
