I have owned Innova Diesel V model now for over 18 months. Excellent vehicle, spacious, reliable, fuel efficient and comfortable. The pick up of the vehicle is good, for Delhi’s roads. It is a pleasure to drive it on the highways. The Airconditioning is excellent. The Music system and the dash board is very well positioned for visibility. My kids enjoy going on Innova. I get a fuel mileage of 12+ kms / litre(With AC on) in NCR. What else one would need from a multi utility vehicle?
I only wish the Toyota workshop supervisors, customer care people can treat the customers a little more like customers and not like taxi drivers. I have had pretty bad experience with Galaxy Toyota(Moti Bagh-West Delhi) service. The service quality, delay in handing over the vehicle, stinking loos and staff who does not listen is the major problems I faced. I shifted to Uttam Toyota @ NOIDA, which is much better than Galaxy, but a lot of scope for improvement in their lounge facilities.
