Trackon - terrible service! Parcel sent on 5th September from Delhi hasn’t reached Bangalore yet on the 19th of September. Tracking no.1100665566. And the booking office actually disconnected the call in the middle of my query. Customer service no. doesn’t pick up the phone and when they do they can’t help. Apparently the parcel is missing! Really? How is that even possible? You can clearly track each stage of handover. And you cannot trace at what point it got stuck? This is the worst possible courier service ever!
