Trackon courier service is absolutely 3rd class. Do not use this service as they don’t deliver on time. Their customer service is also inept and talk as if they are doing us a favour. The courier consisting our business essentials was sent from Delhi to Parel, Mumbai and was to reach us on 11th Sep 2024. It is still lying at Trackon Mum hub. The customer care is also useless and have no idea as to why its not delivered, we have called and received calls from your end every time saying Trackon will look into it.
