Forgot to mention, that they have a policy of working from home for there courier guys.
Worst courier service I have seen in my whole life time.
Never picks up call, even if courier is urgent.
Got a mobile number from some site, guy told me that 11 o’clock is too early in the morning, call sometime later.
Called in evening at 6:09, got information that it is too late and I should never call at this time.
It will be really great if they can publish their working hours (if they exist).
Really worried for my courier if they have lost it.
Highly recommend not to use this service (even if they pay you for that).
