Its a kind of a trap. If you use this service once. I am damn sure in future you will never use it.
My friend sent me a courier on 10-Apr-2014 from Jaipur to Noida. And now its 16th Apr 2014 and still I am waiting for it.
On online it shows me that it has been posted to Noida sec 66 on 14 Apr. But I don’t know how many days they want to deliver it to Noida sec 62.
Its really a trap and most important thing is their customer service. That was awesome.
They aren’t replying to your mail and most of the time their phone is busy and by luck, if you get connected to them, then they put you on hold.
So guys, please avoid this trap.
