Hello friends today I am going to share with you my experience with this company.
I have ordered a parcel from my party from panipat, Haryana on 12/09/2017. I asked my party that when will I get this parcel delivered? He said, that it will be delieverd within 2 days. I said ohk. Then after 2 days passed out I did’nt receive my parcel. I contact my party and asked him that when will I rec my parcel? As I asked him this que, he was shocked and told me till now you did’nt received parcel. I told no. Then he told let me check and he gave me the pod number to track courier. When I checked I was also shocked that the courier was in destination on 13/09/2017 at 5: 49 pm. Then I contact to main brach and asked for my parcel she told that it will be delieverd tomorrow but still I did’nt received my parcel. On the very 5th day also I did’nt rec any parcel.
So guyz I suggest you not to use this courier service. They take heavy charges and make delay in servicing parcels.
