Poor customer support. I bought shoes, paid rs- 1000/- in advance on date-6.8.13. But Tradus delivered my shoes to another person and order status show "delivered". I sent 50 emails to tradus and seller , but they call me back and dont solve my problem, because Tradus got whole amount from me in advance.
I lost my money. There is no option for contacting customer support, just you can email. But they will never call you back.
Very cheap services. Tradus:- improve your customer support like Shopclues, otherwise .....close your business. Opinion for tradus buyer:- never pay amount in advance, because tradus never solve your problem.
