I GOT CHEATED BY TRAUDS.COM.

Hello Friends,

I REALLY GOT CHEATED BY TRADUS.COM

On 7th December 2013, I purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from tradus.com. The cost of the phone is Rs.30689/- and I got GV discount from tradus.com of RS 2000/- and I have to pay 28689/- Rs. I chose 12 months of EMI on Tradus it was showing 2309.75/- Rs of EMI. I clicked on continue and ordered the phone.

Next month I got my credit card statement and I’m seeing EMI amount of RS 2569/- I called to my bank for the clarification they said sir, you purchased phone from M-PAYU merchant and they are charging this amount to you I will suggest you to contact your merchant for more information.

I wrote a mail to Tradus team, they reverted back with a call and said sir we suggest you to contact your bank for EMI issue we are charging only the amount which you had purchased from our merchant. Now guys tell me what to do?

I’m paying extra money, just saving few bucks I purchased from tradus.com instead of Samsung authorized dealer.

Next day my friend purchased the same phone from Samsung authorized dealer with 12 months EMI and the EMI was 2375/-RS.

REALLY GUYS I GOT CHEATED FROM TRADUS.COM AND FROM THEIR MERCHANT. THE MERCHANTS NAME IS SUPER_SAVER E-COMMERCE PVT LTD.

MY Sub Order Id: 11703604_02.
