Tradus is trading the consumers' patience

I am having a worst kind of experience with Tradus. Thank God I purchased an item of lesser price. Booked the order (5040726) on 25th September 2012. It is 9th October, 2012 and have not received the order. Worse, it is difficult to even get connected with the customer care.


No phone displayed on the main page. One needs to surf through to get a number to which one can call! and once you get that there is no one to reply for 10 minutes. Govt. should shut down such companies!
