Tradus- worst website

Tradus is the worst e-commerce site in the Indian market today. I had a horrifying experience with them today.


I placed an order for a Maxima watch on 12th of June, 2013 (Order no- 9456096_02) and till 18th of June, there was no response from Tradus regarding the status of the product.


Worst of all, they are living in what generation God knows- they don’t have a customer care phone number and their customer care responds to complaints through emails after 24 hours or so. That too in a very stupid manner.


On 19th morning, I get an email from Tradus that as the seller has failed to ship the product within the timelines, the order is cancelled. Accordingly, I went ahead and placed an order for the same watch from a different website. In the evening, Tradus emails me back saying that my order cancellation has been rolled back and the order will be delivered by 23rd of June, 2013. I don’t want the watch and want the money refunded. But, whom do I contact? I emailed the customer care, but no reply. I called the seller (PA Time Industries, Noida) and the person on the phone was even more irresponsible. He told me to contact Tradus.


What nonsense is this? Is Tradus playing hide and seek with its customers? Its CEO Mudit Khosla sent an email (mass mail) a few days back promising good service and this is the kind of horrendous service they provide.


I have lost at least 5-6 hours of my valuable time on this order. This is the height of nonsense by Tradus.


Advice to others who might end up as victims-PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM TRADUS-  ITS THE WORST SITE EVER. IT SUCKS.
