I have placed and order for a Tissot T-Trend Couturier Chronograph Mens Watch - 2 Options bearing sub- order ID - 11284495_ 01.
The order was accepted and packed by the seller on October 24, 2013 and has been awaiting dispatch for the last 4 days. The due date for delivery being today. In the event, the product cannot be delivered by tomorrow end of day, I would like to cancel my order and seek a refund.
Request Tradus.in team to kindly connect at the earliest and let me know about the status of dispatch. What is alarming are the facts that:
There is no way that a customer can reach out, in the absence of any contact number.
I also fail to understand that in the event the product has been packed by the seller on October 24, 2013, why would it take this long to dispatch from Delhi( assuming that the product was available with the seller in the first place)?
What I have read on this forum about Tradus.com is buy at brands has been alarming. Request Tradus.com team to contact at the earliest with a feedback.
