Worst Customer Service

I had order two different product on Tradus. May I know status of my order?

Sub-Order ID: 11123699_01 and you have cancelled my order 11123699_02.

Having very bad experience with Tradus. I have sent so many mails to Tradus but no one has contacted me. I think this one of the worst online shopping company, I have experienced.
