Useless...Need to Ban..

Finally after 12 days, I received my order; Thanks so much for this pathetic fast service.

Now kindly find the description what I got:-

My order number id was 10842471_01, its clearly mention Koutons formal shirts set of 5, https://tradus.com/koutons-pack-5-formal-shirts-assorted-colors/p/CACMSNC2SCFSJJXY.

I got the shirts from God knows which company. One of them has marks. I ordered for Koutons. Two of them are not formal. its casual; its clearly mentioned on website when I bought FORMAL. One of them is half sleeves, but I had ordered for full sleeves as mentioned on pics.

I believe it either Bestbuy or Tradus are cheating the customers. In past 12 days, I dint receive the order no one contacted, no follow ups nothing. After taking money do you guys forget the customer? If you or Bestbuy never deliver the things what you promise; then why you are making false commitments. Being a Tradus customer since long, I dint except these kind of services.
