I placed an order for Rayban sunglasses. I was quite surprised to see the sunglasses which costs 5490 was available for 649 in Tradus.com. Later on I came to know that the sunglass is duplicate and it will not costs 100 rs. also. So I cancelled my order and requested for the refund. Request for refund was on 28th of July. Today is 23rd of August, I have not received refund yet. There are list of issues which I am facing till date.
No customer care number to call up.
We should always write an E Mail and wait for 24 hours for the reply.
Always the reply will be please be patience, your money is safe with us, we appreciate your time and patience, we have some technical issues, hence we could not transfer the money please wait for 2-3 working days.
I am really frustrated writing mails to them and receiving same replies.I have finally decided to file a complaint in consumer court.Please dont buy any thing from this website. Your money will be safe only with them and you can not expect it back.
