I purchased a pair of chinos from TRADUS on 26.10.2013. I received the product on 31.10.2013 through ARAMEX. The order was COD and I paid the courier guy accordingly.


Now please refer to the below section:


Firstly, can anybody suggest me in what language should I write to TRADUS so that they can understand what exactly is my requirement?


Secondly, will it be safe to share bank account details with TRADUS where people don’t understand simple ENGLISH?


Technical Issue(12 days ago) I received a wrong product. I ordered for beige and navy blue chinos and have received brown and black chinos. The style is also different. Please arrange for a reverse pickup and change the product.

The Aramex representatives will provide you with a reverse pick up reference number after registering the reverse pickup.


Please do not forget to ask for the reverse pick up reference number from Aramex. As without the reverse pickup reference number, we would not be able to assist you.


Aramex will pick the product from your registered shipping address and provide you with the courier tracking number. Please note that in case they do not


provide a courier tracking number to you, then kindly don’t hand over the product to them and inform us via an e-mail.


Kindly keep the product ready and intact for the reverse pickup. We have attached a return invoice with this mail. Please take a printout of the invoice, fill in the details and attach the invoice with the package.
