I ordered a Casio Mens Chronograph Limited Edition Watch at Tradus.com with sub-order id 11216464_ 01 on 18th October 2013. Within an hour the status of the order showed "Order packed by seller". The last date of shipment was to be 22nd October and latest date of delivery was 25th October. On 21st October I happened to check on Tradus.com and saw a request for Tat Extension( shipment date extension) . By the way, this never came in any email.
I accepted the Tat Extension and was notified that the shipment date has been extended by 2 days now. Ever since there is NO response from anyone. I have written countless mails to Tradus but no response at all. The worst part of all this is that there is no specific mail id to contact anyone. Neither can you contact the seller. Every time I write to customer support, I get the auto-generated response thatWe will get back to you within the next 24 hours".
I sent some strong mails and again got a response yesterday that we will get back to you within a day or 2! I consider this preposterous! They should give an accurate answer!
Today I found that the seller buyatbrands has a similar complain on Mouthshut.com earlier too! Now I am very worried about this order! Can someone at Tradus PLEASE contact me on my mobile to update me the accurate status of this order? If you are unable to deliver, why dont you just tell so!
I hope good sense will prevail on someone and Ill get an answer and hopefully my product too! I will update the status of this order on Mouthshut after 2 days. If I do not get an answer within the next 2 days, Ill request everyone NEVER to shop at Tradus ever!
