I ordered iPhone 4s 16 gb on Tradus. Seller name is buyatbrands. My order id: 11110767_01. I ordered on 9th Oct. Seller says he handed over the product to the courier service allotted by Tradus on 10th Oct. Today, it’s 18th Oct. and there is no courier track id provided.
Every time I send any mail to tradus, I get a automatic generated mail saying "your query is forwarded to the seller". Nobody will answer your call to tradus. You will get a pre-recorded audio. I nvr had such experience with any other online shopping site. I suggest please don’t go for tradus. You will nvr get a proper response from tradus. Everything is automated.
In fact, they don’t have proper communication with seller as well as buyer. You can also verify what I said by just dialing their customer service number right now. I bet.
