First of all, let me make it clear that I am writing this review to highlight the service ineffectiveness of Tradus rather then complaining about there set processes. My review is about the so called "Contact Management" link which they have on their website. I had used that link to highlight my concern to the management but didnt get any response; not even a courtesy call/mail from Tradus. Below is the mail which I had written to the management and still awaiting a response. Fellow online shoppers can decide to use this site based on this:

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice how customers are treated by your staff/processes. Just to make it clear I haven’t got a chance to speak to any of your team member during my 7 days experience of shopping with you. Also, my refund for the order placed is under process and I am not writing regarding when the same will be credited to my account. Since I am a regular online shopper, so know about most of the processes being followed in this world.
My Order:
Since this was my first order with you, I tried gathering reviews about you. Although many of them were negative, I got persuaded by one of my team mate who had ordered something from you before. So I finally ordered a LG MC2881SUS Convection 28 L Microwave Oven on 2013-12-02 17:57:40 which was accepted by the seller at 2013-12-02 17:59:03 and stands cancelled as of now.
What I faced:
I waited patiently for my order delivery and got an email on 4th that the expected timeline for delivery stands expire by 5:57 PM but still we will give seller 3 more days to ship the product. Don’t know the logic behind this. Anyways I further waited for two days and on 6th tried to contact the seller using the strange contact options provided on your site. If I am not wrong, after entering my Phone No on the website, I should be directly connected to the seller on dialing the no provided until the timer lasts. But whenever I tried calling that no, it wasn’t able to connect and surprisingly as soon as the timer got expired, I was able to connect and listen to all the “Welcome to Tradus” kind crap. Nevertheless, I dropped a query to the seller and got a revert on 7th that “my order was yet to be dispatched and I will be updated once it was dispatched”. I mean, there was nothing new in the mail which I can’t see in my order history section on website. I again dropped a query to know the correct status of the order and didn’t hear anything back. On 8th I received a mail that my order is getting assigned to a different seller because the original seller was not able to ship it. I was seriously happy at this moment as you guys were trying to help your customer by arranging an alternative. But I had to wait probably, because the next day I got a mail that my order stands cancelled(I don’t know how 3 days converted to 1 day)
Why probably I will never shop on your website again:
I thought of sending this oven to my family which were happy that a new appliance is coming in home and all I got them was the sheer disappointment for close to at-least 20-25 days(I have to wait for the refund to get credited and then order the same thing again).
I still see these items listed on your website. You guys mentioned that you will penalize the seller. How? You can’t even ask them to remove them from the site if they can’t ship them.
I will be out of my money for close to 20 days while other parties involved enjoy the float on the amount including you. In the end, I am getting nothing.
What I want:
Nothing, probably I will never even get a reply on this mail. I just wanted to bring this to your notice(only if you are listening at all) before sharing my experience with my fellow friends and colleagues on blogs/social n/w’s and elsewhere.
