OK service

I have dealt with Tradus.com twice. I ordered a dress from them and they didnt deliver as the merchant didn’t have the size I wanted. The second time I ordered Mini sewing machine I got a defect piece.


I was really cursing myself as to why I did this but when I emailed their complaint department as I had to return the product for which the courier company was charging me 500-600 bucks to return the product to gurgaon but Tradus.com arranged for a return courier and they also refunded the money back to my bank account. Although their products sometimes are not good but People are good there I guess :)
