This is the first time I had invested 17 thousand Rs. on tradus to buy a Samsung mobile phone and got the message that the seller has packed the product on 26 Jan, 2014, still yet to receive any tracking number, nor received any message that my payment is converted in 3 EMI as I had selected EMI as a mode of payment. I written the seller from my account section however he is not bothered to give me any reply. Written 2 emails to their management mail ID given at their website. No response received. Their website doesnt allow to even write an email to their CC support.
Even the phone number mentioned to contact the seller is on IVR and have a pre recorded message how u can check the my account section.
Written on their Facebook wall, no response either.
I am worried whether I can get my product or not. This is the first e-commerce site| came through where u cannot get in touch with customer support.
If I didnt get the response in next 24 hours I will lodge an FIR against them and talk to my credit card bank for charge back
