1. No customer support number.

2. No cancellation.

3. No support from either from Tradus or their vendors.

4. Poor quality and less quantity

I had bought sky lanterns from them. I wanted to cancel. But there was no option.

I wanted to contact them. But there was no option.

Finally, they delivered a item. I had for ordered 10 of them and it had only 7. And you can’t prove it. That is the sick service and cheating on the customers.

If you still want to buy from them. God help you.
