I bought a Aluma wallet from Tradus via seller "India mall", the product I received had few scratches on it so I sent mail to seller. He not only replied within 24 hours but he promised that he will dispatch a replacement.
I received the replacement and seller advised me to keep the other one as well.I know the product cost is very low that’s why he might have said it but still this I am satisfied. These kind of sellers should be rewarded.
