Guys for the last few days I ordered 10 products from tradus.com and I am being refunded for 5 of them, reason the ****"As promised by the seller on our website, your order has not yet been shipped out"****, that means their successful delivery rate is 50%, this is hopeless, worst part they do not have a number to call back when you search online the only number you get leads to an IVR asking to go back to their website again. I haven’t received a single payment back yet, I hope so they don’t cheat on that, this is a nice way of doing business.
If a product cannot be delivered in time why the hell on earth should https://tradus.com have it showing up?
https://tradus.com people don’t have courtesy of calling a customer back and tell them that the order is cancelled.

Bloody hell I cannot talk to their customer care. The number 0124-6777005 is just an IVR asking to go back to their website.
https://tradus.com keeps customer’s money for 13-14 days and then refunds back so that they have a good bank balance and earn interest out of it.
https://tradus.com have only those vendors who cannot deliver a product in time so that we the customers keep coming back to you guys online so that you get more and more number of hits and can claim they are number one
