I was thinking to placed many order at a time, infact I had spoken with one of my friend, if he wants to purchase anything so that we can place the order at same time, but he said he will buy from retail shop as he said he don’t believe in online shopping, Now I realize he was right because after one day as I had checked the A/C its showing the order status cancel, I don’t know who gave the request for cancellation, there was no explanation.
The worst thing about tradus.com site they don’t have Customer care no, u can only contact via stupid form, there is no TAT as when u will get reply from executive, after a long search I got CC no from google 18002006262 and 01246777005, the fist no always show it couldn’t completed this movement sorry for the inconvenience and the other no keep on telling if u want any info about tradus.com plz visit https://tradus.com, if u want to know about ur order status click on ur order status u will get the info, if u have any queries about u r product contact with the seller, but there is no option to talk with CC executive the IVR plays continue with same words, I waited for 10 Min but there was no answer, now I m in situation in which I can’t buy flip cover from other source because I don’t know will I get my refund or filpcover or nothing.
