Beware!!!

If you are assured you will 100% get the product you want, then go for it. In my case I got low quality product.


I checked and found, they have 7 days return policy. So I searched for the customer care number and came to know, they don’t have any customer care number, customer has to contact them only through mail.(Huh! no customer care number.)


They e-mail me after 3 days of my complain.(Already 3 days left of 7days). They have reverse pick up system, I thought. But they don’t have any reverse pick up system. In the mail, they gave one courier service address and told me to go there & return the product. They too gave one return label in the mail and told me take a printout of it. I’ve taken the printout of label and decided to go to the address. Amazingly I didn’t find the address in the Google map & none of my friends know about it. So I wrote mail to them again, please provide at least some landmark of the courier dept or any other way I can return it. I didn’t get any reply from them. Now the 7 days of return policy is over.


In short:


-No customer care number.


-Mail customer support is very poor.(atleast 2-3 days to reply mail).


-Only 7 days return policy.


-No reverse pickup facility.


-You have to return the item, only to their specified courier dept.(along with some print out).


Update:


Got reply from the customer care team.


I was misunderstood the 7 days return policy . It actually means, to give complain on the product within 7 days and we can return the item through any courier.


I have returned the item through another courier and got a Rs. 100 coupon for the courier charge.
