I had ordered a perfume from the seller “fashiondowntown” on 18th February 2013 and paid by net banking. I received the notification that my product was shipped and was “our for delivery” from DTDC Pune office to my residence in Pune. The same status remained till 28th Feb.
When I did not yet receivecthe product till 28th Feb. inspite of repeated mails to the seller. Finally I escalated the matter to Tradus hoping that they would take some corrective measures. Miraculously, on 1st March the product shipment status became “DELIVERED”and according to DTDC it was delivered on 21st Feb itself. (The funniest thing is that the product was out for shipment at 9:25AM but it was delivery time as per their records was 1:45 AM!!) No mention on receiver no contact details.
I have repeatedly mailed seller and tradus but no avail. They even do not have customer care no., you have to communicate only via emails. I have asked for refund but no reply. They have the worst customer care and these people are thieves. Never every trust tradus.
Once they have taken your money, they don’t care if you have received the product or not. I have been repeatedly sending them emails but neither I received the product not they are refunding my money. When I posted my comments on their facebook page, I was blocked (of courseII) IWOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TRADUS TO ANYONE.
