TRADUS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had ordered a perfume from the seller “fashiondowntown” on 18th February 2013 and paid by net banking. I received the notification that my product was shipped and was “our for delivery” from DTDC Pune office to my residence in Pune. The same status remained till 28th Feb.


When I did not yet receivecthe product till 28th Feb.  inspite of repeated mails to the seller.  Finally I escalated the matter to Tradus hoping that they would take some corrective measures. Miraculously, on 1st March the product shipment status became “DELIVERED”and according to DTDC it was delivered on 21st Feb itself. (The funniest thing is that the product was out for shipment at 9:25AM but it was delivery time as per their records was  1:45 AM!!) No mention on receiver no contact details.


I have repeatedly mailed seller and tradus but no avail. They even do not have customer care no., you have to communicate only via emails. I have asked for refund but no reply. They have the worst customer care and these people are thieves. Never every trust tradus.


Once they have taken your money, they don’t care if you have received the product or not. I have been repeatedly sending them emails but neither I received the product not they are refunding my money. When I posted my comments on their facebook page, I was blocked (of courseII) IWOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TRADUS TO ANYONE.

I completely understand that this was an inconvenient situation for you and the anxiety caused because of this episode. In a marketplace model such as ours we encourage communication between the buyer's and seller's to effectively resolve any issues, however in this case the unfortunate sequence of events caused by the inefficiency of the seller's courier partner- DTDC forced us to take strict action against the seller and DTDC.When this issue was reported to us and we came into the picture after the issue was reported to us, we tried our best to resolve this matter by escalating this issue with the seller and following up with DTDC but were given vague promises. Such experience at Tradus is very rare and normally all types of complaints are handled in an effective manner, however there are some disputes that take longer than the usual time to resolve due to a combination of various factors. Be it any situation, Our buyer protection policy always ensures that Customer’s are given an extraordinary treatment in terms of service and issue resolution.Please let us know whether the issues stands resolved in today's date, so that we can get it resolved on a war's footing. Please share the Order ID so that we can pull up the details and investigate the same.
