Worst Shopping Experience Of My Life !

We spotted an attractive offer of 4 double bedsheets on Tradus.com, total cost Rs.1030/-. We selected the combination of our choice and ordered it. But the product that was delivered to us had different colors. On contacting Tradus through email we were told to send it back, if the product is not what we had ordered. We were told to send it through Blue Dart and that blue dart would be informed to accept the parcel, we were provided Tradus account number. Blue Dart refused to take the parcel saying they did not receive any intimation from Tradus to collect the parcel. When we informed Tradus about the same, they then told us to send it through any other courier and that they would refund Rs. 200 towards the shipping. The courier is priced at Rs.390 to deliver the parcel. I Wrote to the management of Tradus and to my surprise we have not received a single mail from the management. They are not even telling us what to do next. They don’t seem to be interested in customer satisfaction. People who are not happy with the service won’t visit the site again.


I regularly order products from different websites, and this is the first bad experience I have had.


Forget a quick resolution, I did not even get a response from the management.

Dear Mr. Mashelkar,We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused as a result of delay in arranging the reverse pick up. Our Team has been co-coordinating with Bluedart on this issue. We have tie up with two different courier companies who service most of the pin codes to get reverse pick up done from the customer's residential address. In this case unfortunately your area pin code falls under the no pick up zone and therefore our Team had advised you to drop the packet at the Bluedart office.We would request you to drop the packet at the designated Bluedart office and share the tracking number post which we will refund your account immediately.
