I have made quite a few purchases with Tradus .... However, off late, their Customer Service has deteriorated. For my first and second purchases, I got a purchase confirmation, shipment confirmation, delivery confirmation and replies for my mails, within 24 hours.
But off late, the Customer Service replies are not relevant and more sounds like bot / canned responses. Besides, the problem is never addressed. So, I stayed away from products with vague or no descriptions .... and went for other products.
For all the recent purchases, I only got order confirmation and no status updates are displayed on the site. I only got delivery confirmation after 2 or 3 days post delivery! However, so far, all the products were intact and my experience was a satisfactory one.
They could improve CS and give more heed to customer requests ... so the purchase volume can go up.
