Please don’t purchase any electronic goods from this site.
The products whatever I ordered till now, I received only defective. First time I was kept quite. Second time I spoke to the seller. He told me that he will send replacement.
Mr. Shreepal, Team Tradus sent a message saying that:
"Dear customer,
We are afraid to inform you that we have cancelled the order as the seller is not sharing the courier tracking details of replacement."
If these people are not confident about their sellers, then they should not take the orders.
To refund the amount they are creating new-sense. I have attached the cross cancelled cheque (ICICI Bank).
Mr. Shreepal is telling that, "Kindly share a scan copy of bank passbook along with NOC as your name in our records is Shrishaila Prakash C.P and sharing the bank details of your company’s name S.S. Advanced Computers, ICICI Bank, Davangere.
Simply they are killing my precious time. This is how these people are troubling the customer.
