I was regular buyer of tradus. On the very first purchase. I found it good then 2nd was amazing.. den I continuously starting buying but on my 5th purchase, I found product damaged ask them to get it picked and refund.. it was done but after 20 days and I can understand dis and acceptable but after 6th purchase it was bad and getting worst then on my surprise suddenly Tradus guy came to pick the products which were causing problem it was given to them and second day when I was expecting the refund to be issued or call to be given.
The guy of Aramex came with same parcel which I was returned. I just refused to accept it and on sending emails to customer care of Tradus or mutiple follow-ups not a single person replied from tradus.. where the hell is no question return policy.
I have intimated the same day that products quality is very bad as a consumer I can understand Tradus deal with different merchants and merchant can send low quality products but someone from Tradus should come and say it was mistakenly happened. So there customer would say someone is there to listen him.
There is no customer satisfaction in Tradus then how come customer think of customer delight. I have returned the parcel and while tracking shipment said delivered. What the hell is that?
