@ Tradus, You are being one of the worst websites ever in my online buying experience in India. I had made many purchases from you online before and rest everything was as fantastic as possible, though this time you broke the success ladder.


I had made a purchase with the order ID-7899186 for my brother and It was unfortunate for me that your seller had sent me the defective product for which I had paid more than INR 300. I called you many times, dropped many emails, however everything went in VAIN. You are sending me the computerized mail. I think you guys don’t use your brain and ethics.


I really thank you for NO HELP. I have already discarded the product and thrown it to the dustbin as I don’t want to carry a counterfeit product at my home. Do you really wanted me to go the Blue dart office which is 10 km away from my home. I am sorry, who would have bore the cost of that??


It is also disgraceful for me to contact you time and again and beg for the refund. I neither want the refund or nor the product from you now. Keep my money with you.


However, one thing I want to say that you have lost a very regular patron today and I will definitely ask every friend of mine that not to buy anything from you today onward.
