They are number one fraud in Srinagar. Just last week we have booked a package through them , collected full amount from us and once our guest reached Srinagar they started to do changes in the itinerary. They had given a hotel voucher but the rooms were not booked once the guest reached the hotel. they even didnt make payment to the hotels and our guests had to make the payment in the hotel though he had made full payment.
Mr Ajay Shah and Ms Reehan Shah are one of the biggest cheaters in Srinagar. I Urge all the travel agents as well as visitors please don’t even approach this TransIndia Holidays/Kashmir Tours & Travels.
We fully trusted this travel agent but completely cheated our guests and even collected extra payment from us.
