Never book with these ppl. They are very mean and insincere agency. Every where hotel staff came asking money to us though we had give the advance to the agency. The commute between tourists places was very bad and they crunched 9 big ppl in one xylo.
Even the drivers held us for money when the agency had to take care of it. They asked us to pay to drivers in spite of us given them advance. Operational staff is extremely rude and money minded. They will leave you stranded at several places and will ask you to pay extra.
Don’t believe to whatever they say.They never made an itinerary for us till we reached their office in Srinagar. We traveled from Kerala and we had no itinerary till 2 nd day of journey though we were in contact with them for 3 months.
Lot of humiliation to suffer. They did book tour on good hotels but you really do not want to mess with these liars. they have rehearsed all ways cheating.
They finally made it will increased rates though the booking was made 3 months back. Stay was nice but the tour becomes a headache than fun because of their lies and slow response in case of guidance. The staff is extremely unprofessional and will ditch you several places on your tour. We had to take help of police to get things sorted. And the entire experience is horrible. Pls DO NOT engage with this agency at any cost. They will give you cheap rates but so is the service.
