I bought the harddisk 1.5 years ago . In the box was the disc cable and user manual/ warranty card.
I was so happy of getting so much space, and transffered my files in to that. Now the disc performance was somewhat good. However the cable and port was not too good and it gets disconnected in mid of file transfer even on a little touch. Now this was very bad. Where average file transfer speed in usb port3 is not more than 30-35 mbps.
This wasn’t worst. After 6 months. My device crashed I lost about 800 gbs of data and I didt get a recover. I tried alot using differnt answers given on internet for my problem. The problem was evwn after connecting the dwvice was not getting open.
I tried finding any authorised service center and found one on one of tbe websites. I went their the service center’s appearance was kind of 3rd category repair shop. He asked for the disk checked it and said it will be replaced.
After all these happenings I get happiness but it was for only one minutes. Because the 2nd line of the agent was that he will keep the disk and inform me after about 2 months whether hw have recieved other set or not. This made me angry and I thought why had I ordered this silly thing. Also I was afraid of leaving my disc there seeing the condition of the shop but I had no option I took contact number of the agent, bill copy and left the disc their.
After 2 and 1/2 months I got my device.
And again I am able to use it. It was a new disc with none of my data saved in it. But it was ok because I got a new device. And thought that atleast disconnecting problem must not be in this device. But after one month the same problem started again. And it continues till today. I dont know the future and hope for good.
But I warn you not to buy this. Try any other brand. Its much better than this. As I have seen of my friends.
