I had engaged this agency M/S Transdaksh Packers and Movers for shifting my household and car from Bangalore to Kokata and They had packed and loaded my household on 20th July 2016 and same day my car(Hyundai Verna) by your representative . Estimated dates for delivery of household at Pune was 27th July and of car was 30th July 2016 resp. My household was delivered to me at Kolkata on 28th July and thereafter till date, the car has not been delivered. Inspite of repeated calls made to The agency by me, there is no response from their end. Yesterday( 3rd Aug), They informed me that my car is in Hyderabad.
This act of Transdaksh is shocking, misleading and you have failed to give me correct and true information about the whereabouts of my car and expected date of delivery.
It is now Transdaksh’s responsibility to inform me the container number along with the name and contact number of the driver and the exact date of delivery of my car; and also photographs of the car as evidence within 24 hours; failing to which I will be forced to lodge FIR with police and sue you under sec. 420 of Cheating and Fraud.
