After the "Age of Extinction". In the new teaser or trailer of "the last knight" has shown the collision of both world, Human world(Earth) and The Transformers world(Unicorn).
In the starting of the last knight trailer they shown that the optimus prime has gone or dead and the unicron has started to fell upon the earth and later Optimus has resurrected in his evil form killing his farmer allies autobots.
Though the fight has begun for the survivle for both universe.
