It was a bad day when I choose this packers & Movers on 31 st Oct 2017.Please dont believe on their on line process.
As first they quotated my car transfer from Ghaziabad to Bangalore for 14500 and when picked my car from home, next day they sent me bill of 18800 INR with(GST+ DOCUMENTATION+ TOLL) which they claimed its written in terms and condition online. Though the final quotation which I got from them with GST was 14500 as was discussed with their associate.When I told to hold my car, they said its gone.
We had lots of discussion and fights and at last I was fed up and agreed to pay as per our discussion 80% before and 20% at delivery.
I have already paid 14500 on 7th Nov and still I have not received my car, nobody pics the call also.
And when I mailed today, I got reply from Mr Abhay Singh that you have to make full payment first than only you will get your car.
I have replied on mail that I am not going to pay unless I get my car because its already in written that 20% is after delivery.
Also one of my friend has made 100% payment and they still have not got their luggage and they are strugling and nobody is responding on mail or phone.
Waiting what happens, .
