When you receive a service which is above your expectation what can you say about it? Since I was moving from Kolkata to Bangalore all my items needed to be shifted to my new destination.On 21st May 2016, my items were packed including a Bike, 1 Led tv, and household items- crockery, utensils, & all other mix items.They packed the items very nicely& very safely in front of me.
When I had contacted Transtech, before the final packing, I was little bit tensed as I had already read the review in mouthshut, when few people mentioned that they had a bad experience with them.As they had promised they had shipped my item on time on 22nd and also said that it would reach by 31st. As promised they didn’t let me down.
The team of Mr Nitin Rawat and Mr. Inderjeet did a wonderful job.All my items had reached before expected time that was on 27th May without any major damage.There was a very slight damage to my glasswares but that’s negligible.Kudos to the entire team of transtech.I will definitely make sure that next time whenever I require any logistics service I will contact them.
