I want to share the worst experience that I had with Transtech in delivering my bike from bangalore to Delhi. At first, in email and over phone they promised that they will deliver the bike in 5-7 days(max.)
However, after waiting for a week Every time I called them to check on the status they gave me different answers - sometimes your bike is in noida and we will disptach tomorrow, sometimes your bike has been dispatched and is in pune and the worst response was that we have not even picked up your bike and we dont have any details.
To my surprise, all these responses were given in the same day. After all this trauma and continuously following up with them and after going to the police station for filing an FIR, they finally delivered my bike after 17 days. And, when I was finally feeling happy about me receiving my bike - The story of false promises didn’t end here. My bike was mishandled - body of the bike was broken,
handle was imbalanced and on one side of the handle the end part was just taken out and there was absolutely no petrol in the bike(that’s after they charged me Rs 200 for refilling the tank)I am highly dissatisfied with their service and I want Transtech to pay for the damages incurred in my bike
