My brother’s family was relocating from Hyderabad to Chennai last week and my bro booked Transworld Intl for packing and moving. The dis-assembly and packing of things were very nicely done in Hyderabad. But when it came to Chennai, the Assembling of a certain Computer table was very shitty.
They didn’t tighten the screws of planks and just a few minutes ago, one of the keyboard plank/ drawer just fell on my foot. I don’t understand why it varies from State to State. Also, The person Incharge in assembly/ supervisor coaxed my mother to Put "Excellent " on the Customer Satisfaction Form they gave. This is really un-ethical and complete negligence of customer preferences.
