I will never recommend them, I cancelled my tickets on OCT 25th, by now it’s dec 20th and numerours phone calls and promises of money return, they simply don’t return the money . I have learned my lesson for 100Rs less don’t go for something like this site . my worst ever experience in online purchase of anything. Makemytrip refunds money in 5 days, travelchacha says it will take then 25 days for them to refund, for me now it’s 50 days and numerous phone calls over and no money yet .
