So I would like to advise you either improve your customer service or just shut down your web site because if you wot improve your service then no body going to book from you. You may have got some bookings but I want to assure you that who booked from you once they will not book ever with your company. If you are thinking to expand your business then don’t do it, because you wont get business anyway so why to spend money on it rather improve your customer service.
I got to know you have different departments for reservation, ticketing, refund & Customer service.....but I know its like that you just have 4-5 untrained staff in your company who don’t have any idea about travel line.
