Right from booking to actual service, My experience was pathetic.
No driver to pick from airport. Had to wait for 2 na half hour.
No tickets as promised for major sight seeing. had to pay additionally even though already paid for the same in India.
No pickup. Had to take a taxi for hotel sight seeing transfers inspite of paying for pick up upfront.
They change timing and plan as per their wish. Pathetic agency. very unprofessional. Better go by yourself. Fake promises, lies is what they are
No return pickup on time.
Even if you complain on service, they are just defending instead of rectifying the same
